This Fazer's set to stun! Matte Silver with Blurple wheels.
-VCyclenut-flashed ECU -M4 slip-on -XSR900 slipper clutch retrofit -Puig case protectors -Andreani fork cartridges -ZX-10 rear shock -Rizoma tail tidy -completely debadged -ProTaper Low handlebars -steel braided brake lines front and rear -OEM solo seat cover and front mask I love this bike.
Why? This 850cc triple engine is one of the best modern motorcycle powerplants.
The torque is super linear and it pulls like a freight train from idle, the engine is so smooth that you can't really tell how many revs your running, and the exhaust note is so great you just want to rev it.
When I first bought it I thought the only upgrade it needed was a shift light! The suspension is a tremendous upgrade from stock.
It's stable on corner entry (the slipper clutch helps with that), tracks well mid-corner, and on exit it stays planted as well as it can with the short wheelbase and all the power! I bought it because it tickled the right spot, and I wasn't wrong about it.
Every mod on it was done by the original owner.
I rode it about eight months before my wife claimed it and gave me her Ninja 650 as a trackday bike.
She has recently upgraded, and although I regret saying this alreadyThe Fazer has got to go.
The bike has regular changes after every season with Motul 7100, regular brake system flushes with OEM BMW fluid.
Winter storage, such as it is, is done with non-ethanol gas with stabilizer.
Dunlop Q3
tires still good for next the season or so.
