Vehicle Description This 1968 Triumph TR250 is presented in the factory correct color combination of Signal Red over a Black interior with a matching black canvas convertible top.
IT'S ALIVE! acquired this TR250, in project form, in 2019 from one of our best customers in 2019.
Given that the importance of the single production year model TR250, a through inspection was performed of the drivetrain, body and major components.
Ultimately a solid doner frame was sourced, restored and utilized for the most economical path to completion.
Components from the original chassis were used as much as possible while service was performed on all the major systems and new parts procured as necessary.
A factory specification overdrive transmission in addition to the related, factory style components were fitted to maximize functionality.
Driver enjoyment is further complimented by the slotted, wood rimmed Moto-Lita steering wheel, Minilite style 15 alloy wheels, wood shift knob and a pair of bullet racing style mirrors.
