Vehicle Description Finished in Marina Blue over a blue interior, this 1972 Chevy K5 Blazer has undergone a complete, frame-off, nut and bolt restoration.
The majority of the work was completed two years ago and the truck has under 500 test miles since completion.
The engine is rebuilt 350 CI build with an Edelbrock top end kit.
The kit includes RPM Air-Gap intake manifold, RPM heads, pushrods, RPM camshaft, timing chain, a complete bolt kit, and an Edelbrock.
The truck also has an Edelbrock 4 barrel carb, and MSD ignition.
It exhales through long tube headers hooked up to an aluminized dual exhaust system.
The fuel system consists of a new pump, all new lines, and a new fuel tank.
The truck runs, drives and shifts out the way it should and is a blast to cruise around town.
While the body was off, the frame was sandblasted and powder coated before it was reassembled with all new suspension components.
The brakes have been rebuilt and are configured with front disc, rear drum, and a new master cylinder and booster.
All of the brake lines and hoses are new as well.
The interior has been replaced with new carpeting, new upholstery, a 3-spoke steering wheel, and a Custom Autosound radio with all 4 new speakers.
The gauges include a 100 MPH speedo, 8k tach, and accompanying auxiliary gauges.
Under the dash, you'll find all new Painless wiring, a modern fuse box, and everything else is squeaky clean just like the rest of the truck.
The hardtop is the hard-to-come-by, double-walled version.
Keeping you cool is a Vintage Air system that comes with a Sanden compressor, and all new under-dash components.
If you are looking for a killer '72 Blazer, this Chevrolet is as clean as a whistle from top to bottom.
