Taking care of your own thoughts is very important. Especially when it's internal feelings about yourself.
This can be one of the toughest things you can do when you don't feel confident in yourself and you are constantly battling your addictions to deal with those feelings.
Sometimes you critique yourself & feel shy around others when you can't find ways to feel comfortable in your own skin without taking drugs or alcohol, rather than embracing yourself for who you are.
