Summary:
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
Under the direction of the Program Director for the Integrated Fitness program, the I.
F.
Instructor is responsible for the knowledge and the implementation of proper instructions of the various YMCA fitness programs and exercise equipment.
He/she shall understand the principles of safe exercise and shall be willing to assist the participants.

The Gateway Region YMCA strictly follows a zero tolerance policy regarding child abuse.
Essential Functions:
Efficiently schedule clients, in service zones on a daily basis, with supervisory approval.
Implementation of approved goals.
Daily completion of required paperwork.
Daily check of program equipment, to ensure proper functioning and safety.
Daily check of environment, to ensure safety of clients.
Coordinate with Program Director the timely completion of required billing paperwork.
Ensure appropriate programming/support is provided to clients.
Coordinate/complete required paperwork, in compliance with funder guidelines.
Accurate, timely completion of paperwork are required by funders and YMCAPossess and exhibit knowledge of developmental disabilities and behavior management techniquesProduce individual appropriate program goals for participants.
Remain current and knowledgeable of all ADA regulationsPerforms all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have high school diploma or the equivalent.
One year of college in a related field and/or one year of related work experience preferred.
Maintain current certifications in:
Healthy Lifestyles Principles, and Personal Training Instructor.

Salary:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
