Duties of the position include:
Performs work in the development of courses for training programs. Performs work associated with the evaluation of course in training programs. Instructs courses in a Program of Instruction. Provides instruction covering a wide variety of topics in well established areas of a subject matter field. Performs work involving modification of training courses. Conducts studies and analyses in functional specialty or subject matter areas. Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-09 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-07. The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. To meet the minimum qualifications for this position at the GS-09 grade level, you must meet one of the following:
One (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to:
teaching or instructing in an adult education program, secondary school, college, military installation or industrial establishment in the appropriate field(s); supervising or administering a training program; development or review of training/course materials, aids, devices, etc. and evaluation of training results; work in the occupation or subject-matter field of the position to be filled that required training or instructing others on a regular basis. OR, Education:
Must have successfully completed a Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. of J.D., if related that demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of this position. NOTE:

Possess equivalent combinations of successfully completed graduate level education and specialized experience to meet the total experience requirements. NOTE:

Physical Requirements:
Portions of the job require regular, strenuous and demanding activities be performed. Requires the ability to repeat (8 to 24 times) during a two-hour period:
raise arms over head, bend at the neck, stand on one leg, pivot on one foot, slowly descend to squatting position, stay on the balls of the feet while on knees, perform and hold a deep lunge, slowly descend from lunge position to one knee while lowering someone to their knees, rise from seated position on the floor, cross one leg over another, and keep feet flat on the floor while sitting on the floor. Other work demands require average ability dexterity, or strength to perform the work. There will be walking, climbing stairs or steps, standing for long periods of time, bending, carrying of items, driving of an automobile, etc. Fieldwork may involve traveling to interviews, meetings, and sources of information. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
