Applicants must meet one year at the next lower grade to be considered for the next higher grade. (e.g.:
one year at the GS-11 grade level for consideration for the GS-12 grade level.) GS-12 Grade Level:
Applicants must possess one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level; or its non-Federal equivalent that demonstrates:
experience in effective customer (internal and external) experience policies and programs. Leading efforts to create opportunities and methodologies to obtain and analyze input/feedback from RD's varied customers. Reviewing RD varied and complex programs and management processes. Promoting collaboration to improve the customer experience and ensure RD is making business decisions around customer need and requirements. Developing and recommending new or improved programs and policies which foster inter-Agency collaboration and improves customer experience. Assisting in determining the need for written policies and procedures. Developing standard operating procedures, in collaboration with programs, that are designed to improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction. Performs a full range of supervisory functions and provide appropriate supervision to ensure staff has the skills, knowledge, tools, training, feedback, priorities, and automation support they need to accomplish their jobs. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
