We have a full-time permanent opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst III to work onsite for our client located in Clayton, MO. This is a great opportunity for career growth working within the Healthcare Payer space. Successful candidates must have strong SQL query experience (not IT) as well as some SAS and BI to provide advanced healthcare statistics and analytical support for business operations.
Our client is now one of the largest providers of Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and other government-sponsored and commercial programs in the country. They provide access to affordable healthcare to more than 11 million members nationwide.
Job Description:
Provide advanced analytical support for business operations in all or some of the following areas: claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, external reporting
Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources
Review data to determine operational impacts and needed actions; elevate issues, trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to management
Develop reports and deliverables for management
Model data using MS Excel, Access, SQL, and/or other data ware house analytical tools
Ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements by performing data quality audits and analysis
Assist with training and mentoring other Data Analysts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field finance, economics, statistics or equivalent experience
4 years of statistical analysis and business process analysis
Healthcare, Managed Care, or Insurance Data Modeling and Statistics experience required
Strong SQL (not IT) some SAS and Business Intelligence experience is required for this role
Front end Analytics Tools
Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Access
Must be able to communicate effectively and be able to provide insight based on results and trends
Some consulting or Account management experience, but not required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
