We are looking for a Business Analyst - Systems Integrations with demonstrated qualifications in working with a comprehensive team to ensure consistent uninterrupted IT application support at maximum performance.
The Business Analyst - Systems Integrations will be responsible for supporting the strategies and goals of the business by integrating systems/mechanisms between departments (inventory, finance/accounting). Additionally the individual will implement methods of data collection and analysis, seek to automate processes where possible and facilitate the smooth exchange of data from department-to-department, system-to-system. This associate will further streamline and monitor report generation processes and methods of exchange among business units.
Evaluate current system interconnectivity and seek ways to improve performance based on business needs.
Develop and improve software solutions for customers and internal systems.
Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with various technology vendors/companies and related systems.
Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies and procedures.
Use technology to improve processes to better enable business units.
Excellent communication skills as defined by proper grammar, spelling and context in written documents and proper tone and tactful word choice to promote respectful and collaborative team environment.
Substantial exposure to various data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems.
Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management.

Experience with C# language knowledge preferred.
Experience with design and creative-related support tools such as Scene7 preferred.
Experience with finance platforms such as GP, SAP and MAS preferred.
Experience with EDI processes, systems and documentation preferred.
Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Software) such as Cadre preferred.

years IT work experience
Substantial experience with MS-SQL to gather and process data for reporting and process automation.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or MIS or equivalent experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
