Scrum Master - Long term contract!!

Our client in the downtown St. Louis area is seeking a Scrum Master for a long term project beginning immediately. This role will work together with the Project Managers, Business Analysts and development team.
Responsibilities: Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams Establishing team level cadence and driving team level ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, team retrospectives, backlog grooming, etc.) Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to the team Ensure cross-team coordination and collaboration Remove impediments for the team(s) Maintain metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on team-level progress and quality Act as a liaison to assigned program manager and project managers. Take responsibility for managing dependencies between the program team and third parties, release managers, or between the team and other scrum teams. Actively contribute to the company's Agile and Lean Community Provide real time feedback to the methodology team based on experiences with software delivery teams Work cross functionally to align strategy, methodology and execution Requirements 2
years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach 3
years of experience working on large scale, multiple Scrum team projects 3
years of experience working on mixed methodology program (Scrum interfacing with Waterfall from a dependency perspective) Experience acting as a Scrum Master for multiple scrum teams Understanding of basic fundamentals of iterative development Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures Solid interpersonal skills, passion around facilitation, empowerment, and servant leadership Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies Business Analyst Experience Scrum Master Certification is a nice to have Experience in a Java environment Experience in virtual cloud environment If you are interested in hearing more about this position or interested in applying call Ashley Beck at or email her directly: ashley.
