Required Skills:
- 3rd party application (iText, etc.)
- Support Common Object development efforts (Define common look & feel/develop objects for integrating iText with templates and generating PDFs or work/Integrate with Sharepoint/etc.)
- Support other team member and provide mentoring
- Provide Agile Estimates
- Integration with External sources and repositories
- Strong knowledge of User vs Communities
- Extracting content from communities and integrating within the user based application
Education: Bachelor's Degree in technical field OR equivalent work experience
- 6 years of professional work experience AND5 years of development experience
- Knowledge of a server-side development language such as Java or C#
- Comfortable providing time estimates and managing feedback loops
- Ability to effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical individuals
Desired Skills:
- Salesforce administration & configuration for multi-site deployments
- Salesforce deployment experience for production & development; Trialforce, AppExchange, Beta and Managed Packages
- Experience with the following technologies; Javascript, Visualforce Query, Apex and Triggers.
- Experience developing scalable and performant applications using .NET and SQL Server.
- Capable of translating high fidelity mockups & complex requirements into quality web applications.
- Driven to rigorously test and refine code to get the design right.
- Collaboration skills that can deftly articulate your decisions across remote teams.
- Experience leading teams to deliver high quality software products.
- Ability to work independently and across product teams.
- Familiarity with The Lean Startup methodology and MVP
