The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess: - MS Exchange Server - Enterprise Messaging - Active Directory - VMware - Sharepoint Server What You'll Be Doing: - Microsoft Exchange/UM configuration, installation and troubleshooting. - Microsoft Active Directory configuration, installation and troubleshooting. - Virtual Infrastructure design, configuration, security, troubleshooting and support. - Microsoft SharePoint server infrastructure configuration, installation and troubleshooting. Will need to work with SharePoint developers for upgrades and support. - Microsoft Lync configuration, installation and troubleshooting. What You Need to Bring to the Table: - Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange. - Strong experience with PowerShell and AD Group Policies. - Thorough understanding of the VMWare ESX platform. - Strong understanding of including, but not limited to, DHCP, DNS and security best practices. - Disaster Recovery and Business Continuation experience. - Familiarity with SAN/NAS.
