What emerging digital technology will you add to the mix?
As the Technical Product Lead - Loyalty, you'll be responsible for the technical leadership of the Purina Perks Loyalty Program. Focused primarily on building loyalty as a service and backend service development, this role will manage day to day software development, as well as strategic technical leadership.
Translate available loyalty services to other product teams, including documentation, communication of requirements, and service readiness
Coordinate with product owners to understand functional requirements, prioritize work, and communicate risks/roadblocks
Identify and implement enhancements for optimization to identify and drive continuous improvement in system stability and performance
Demonstrate knowledge of software development, life cycle, modeling of business processes, application design patterns, and business/functional documents
Design, manage, and optimize a development lifecycle that provides visibility to many stakeholders and partners
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand strategic business pillars and be able to translate to technical strategy and understand the business impact of work
Lead and collaborate a team of external engineers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus 3
years of related work experience in technical product management OR high school degree plus 7
years of related work experience in technical product management
1
years of experience working in scrum based development
Other
Previous experience working with a loyalty program is preferred
The approximate pay range for this position is $69,000 to $101,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
