To assist clinic patients to access services and referrals as neededTo follow clinic policies and procedures for all financial and adherence requirements.
Qualifications:
Education:
Master's in Social Work required.
Experience:
3 years of Clinical Experience.
Other:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledgeable in area of social services agencies, state regulations, and professional board standards as related to patient treatment, patient rights and client/patient confidentiality.
