Mercy Behavioral Health Services provides a structured and therapeutic environment to individuals suffering from psychiatric illness, behavioral disorders and chemical dependencyHere at Mercy our dedicated multi-disciplinary team promotes a structured therapeutic program to help those in crisis through evaluation, education, medication therapy, individual and group therapy and relapse prevention.Overview:
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient careMaintains professional accountability for provision of patient careEvaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care giversCoordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departmentsMaintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient informationPerforms duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and service standards.
Qualifications:
Required Education:
Nursing Degree from an accredited school Preferred Education:
BSN or ASN License:
current RN license in our state Certifications:
Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association We Offer Great
