Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field Professional licensure as an architect is preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management Proficiency in Revit, with familiarity other architectural software Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment This position offers a competitive salary based on experience.

Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and goals Assist in the development of design proposals, including 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and models Create detailed architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes and regulations Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns
