Account Executive/Broker II

Aon is looking for an Account Executive/Broker III in St.
Louis, MOAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Construction business group within Aon.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Ability to retain and grow a book of business including middle market and large, global corporate accounts Strong technical insurance knowledge and ability to interpret contractual requirements against insurance coverages in force Commitment to high quality client service Establishes clear roles, responsibilities and performance expectations for client service teams that deliver Aon products and services to each client Develops and manages the implementation of Client Promise Plans for each client, including a specific business plan aimed at ARS revenue growth Understands and works in alignment with the Aon Leadership Model and its pillars of Client Value, Unmatched Teams, Innovation, Results and Values Can work with national and local based technical resources to develop new business opportunities Directly and by teaming with originators, actively drives client penetration and new business with existing and potential new customers through the introduction of products, services, lines of business and industry expertise Increase awareness of the Aon brand by participating in industry and community events Work with producers in the pursuit of new business opportunities and potentially manage these accounts going forwardSPECIAL SKILLS:
Maintain or be prepared to obtain a valid Property/Casualty License for the State of MO Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook Must have superior organizational and project management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workload Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written Possess a high level of attention to detail Maintain experience working in various types of settings including independently and in a team environment.
Be self-motivated, fast learner, and able to work with minimal supervision Ability to understand, analyze and apply principles of risk management and financial analysis to client exposures The ability to understand and analyze the structure and content of insurance contracts Has a broad understanding of insurance coverages, their applicability, various exclusions, and basics of program design, premium rating methods and policy auditsEDUCATION:
Minimum 6 years of experience in the insurance industry.

The salary range for this position intended for U.
S.
applicants is $102,000 to $255,000 annually.
The actual salary will vary based on applicant s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant s geographic location.
