Logistics Supervisor
Why is This a Great Opportunity?As a Logistics Supervisor within the Lease Administration department, you will oversee a team of 3 to 5 employees, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company standards. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising daily administrative tasks, managing accounts and transactions, reviewing legal documents, and facilitating communication between various departments, management levels, customers, and vendors.Job o Supervise daily administrative tasks such as data entry, purchase orders, legal document processing, and check requests.o Actively manage accounts and transactions, including interactions with customers, vendors, and Sales Representatives.o Review Certificate of Acceptance documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.o Communicate effectively with internal departments across the organization and engage with all levels of management as needed.o Maintain strong communication channels with customers and vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.o Two to three years of prior supervisory experience in a detailed-oriented environment, demonstrating proficiency in tasks such as data entry, meeting deadlines, providing performance guidance, and conducting employee reviews.o Intermediate knowledge of Excel to effectively analyze data and generate reports.o Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred, although equivalent work experience will be considered.o Excellent oral and written communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and convey information clearly.Additional o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and deadlines.o Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work output.o Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations and employees with professionalism and tact.o Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and responsibilities.o Commitment to upholding company policies and ethical standards in all interactions Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Business Requirements Data Analysis Data Entry Ethics Professional Attitude Apply to this job.
