This includes refunds, disputes, cancellations, and payment changes.
They will also assist the Sr Accountant with projects.
Skills and Qualifications Decision-making and problem-solving skills Honesty and integrity Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Ability to analyze data accurately and efficiently.
Organized and detail oriented.
Education and Experience Display courteous, customer service focus, and professional attitude Understanding of accounting principles Strong mathematical and research skills Basic computer skills with knowledge of QuickBooks Online accounting software (preferred) Schedule:
