The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented and willing to work part-time weekends.
The Janitorial Technician will mainly be responsible for cleaning offices, locker rooms, common areas, bathrooms, etc.
Must have reliable transportation and pass background check.
This will be a 1099 position.
You will be responsible for your own taxes.
This is a great flex opportunity for supplemental income.
Required Work Hours:
Every other weekend (Could choose some hours during the week if needed):
There is some flexibility in regard to the start time.
Estimated clean time for this position is up to 4hrs per day.
Must be able to meet the following requirements:
Have a positive attitude Have reliable transportation Pass background check Detailed oriented (This is a must) Have a least one year of janitorial experience Lift up to 25lb's Ability to work without supervision Walk and stand for the duration of the shift Excellent communication skills Must be able to follow company policies Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Emptying trash, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and stocking restrooms, cleaning break rooms, cleaning locker rooms and break areas (Wiping tables down, cleaning inside and outside of microwave, wiping refrigerator handles, sweeping and mopping, etc).
Also, making sure the area you are responsible for is secured and locked once finished.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
