Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills A passion for the restaurant industry Experience managing people and developing staff Knowledge and understanding of service standards, health department regulations, and relevant federal, state, and local laws. A willingness to learn, lead, and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ability to work flexible hours, including nights as weekends as needed. Overseeing all front-of-house operations Managing front-of-house staff, including scheduling, training, hiring, and firing, as needed Ensuring smooth, positive, and consistent guest experiences in a high-volume, fine dining and upscale setting. Resolve all guest complaints to customer satisfaction Maintaining a clean restaurant with excellent quality food and customer service Conduct onboarding and off boarding activities and follows through with outstanding employee documentation to ensure compliance Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality or service and follow proper protocols to inform regional leadership on any major issues. Direct restaurant operations with responsibility for guest service, brand standards execution and employee training Meet labor and food cost goals Manage food and beverage/banquet operations to ensure the highest food quality, customer service and cost controls Meeting the restaurant's complete P&L schedules -- preferably with experience managing revenue sales volume in excess of $6 Mil per year.
