Impact Finance s Strategy team is responsible for organizational strategy, partnering collaboratively across the enterprise, quantifying the social, environmental, and financial impact of our deals and promoting workplace equity, belonging, and the fulfilling of our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) priorities.
The groups on the Strategy team include Strategy Management, Operations, Impact Measurement and Management, Employee Engagement, Marketing, and Communications.
The team is charged with mobilizing products, people and programs that create transformative change within the organization, community, and industry.
Responsibilities Perform detailed analyses of existing operations, processes, policies, and procedures related to building operations.
Update and document processes, identify applicable data, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Business Transformation team to document systems, practices, and policies to support employee onboarding, new hire processes, and tech needs.
Support building relocation, workplace updates and site identification plans and lead project management of the process.
Collaborate with the Enterprise Emergency Response Team on Emergency Action Plans on what actions should be taken during a workplace emergency event.
Collaborate with key partners on identifying Impact Finance members for an Emergency Response Team to ensure a safe work environment for U.
S.
Bank employees, customers, assets, brand, reputation, and shareholders (the Emergency Response Team is led by Emergency Management Program).
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices and procedures.
Remain up to date on best practices and knowledge of OSHA requirements, related regulations, and workplace standards and ensure compliance/ checks and balances.
Share relevant industry updates on OSHA requirements, related regulations, and workplace standards and partner with Operations Manager to educate employees on actions/responsibilities to work environment.
Document critical process dependencies (vendor, technology, and process interdependency) and recovery strategies and assist the business to document business continuity processes and practices.
Support the development and documentation of emergency response management processes for Impact Finance with relevant stakeholders.
Review the current business continuity plan, identify business continuity processes that are in place/missing, and work with key partners on training/awareness.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
