As the Infrastructure Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our organization's IT infrastructure.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our systems.
This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
Develop and enforce best practices for system security, data backup, disaster recovery, and network monitoring.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and provide strategic recommendations for infrastructure improvements.
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies to support business objectives.
Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on technical issues and professional development.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Knowledge of networking protocols, server technologies, virtualization, and cloud computing platforms.
Experience with infrastructure automation tools and configuration management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications (e.
g.
, CCNA, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
