Job Description:
Essential Functions:
Admits pool patrons quickly and accurately.Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers.Redeem coupons.Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment.Maintain clean and tidy work area.Keep reports of transactions.Answer customers' questions and get a manager if answer doesn't solve the issue.Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
18 years of age preferred but not required.Must demonstrate dependability, a positive attitude, an excellent work ethic, and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to accept guidance and supervision.Available May through September, including evenings and weekends.Must have reliable transportation.Concession Stand

Sells items quickly and accurately.Completes daily inventory forms accurately.Produces hot menu items safely and consistently.Provides customer service to members and guests and reports complaints to a supervisor.Ensures cleanliness and sanitation of stand.Other duties as assigned.

16 years old by the start of employment.Must demonstrate dependability, positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to accept guidance and supervision.Available May through September, including evenings and weekends.Must have reliable transportation.
