THIS IS A SEASONAL / SUMMER POSITIONWe are now accepting applications for Front Desk workers around the St Louis areaWe are seeking individuals to operate a clean, safe, organized front desk work area while providing excellent customer service.
Essential Functions:
Admits pool patrons quickly and accurately.Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers.Redeem coupons.Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.Greet customers when entering or leaving the establishment.Maintain a clean and tidy work area.Keep reports of transactions.Answer customers' questions and get a manager if the answer doesn't solve the issue.Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
18 years of age preferred but not required.Experience in retail or food service preferred.Must demonstrate dependability, a positive attitude, an excellent work ethic, and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to accept guidance and supervision.Available May September, including evenings and weekends.Must have reliable transportation. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
