Many of our bakers have no previous baking experience but most love to bake.
Our menu changes EVERY WEEK so we get to make lots of different cookies.
Evening Bakers will rotate between different positions in the store:
Manage and operate the convection ovens to maintain enough cookies ready to sell Help customers at the register Fill orders for in store, curbside, delivery or carryout Frost and decorate cookies using different techniques each week Weigh cookie dough and prepare it for baking using different techniques Clean, organize and close the store What we offer:
No experience necessary- we'll train! Flexible hours to work around your specific schedule Crew member discounts on cookies One free cookie per shift We pay 50% of medical benefits Paid Time off (2 weeks per year for vacation and personal days) for eligible full time employees Closed on SUNDAYS! Multitask in a fast paced environment Be at least 18 years old Have the ability to lift 10-55 lbs.
Have reliable transportation Be able to stand for your shift Have closing availability each shift (11pm Mon- Thurs; 1am Fri-Sat) It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips.
Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO).
They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking.
After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people.
They gathered feedback and tested recipes -- a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process -- until they created the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
