As a Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods and materials within our organization.
Your role will involve overseeing the supply chain, managing warehouse operations, and ensuring efficient transportation planning.
Duties - Coordinate and manage the movement of goods and materials throughout the organization - Procure necessary supplies and materials for production - Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment - Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and monitor stock movements - Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods - Assist in demand planning activities to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demands - Coordinate transportation logistics, including dispatching drivers and scheduling deliveries - Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement Experience - Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field - Strong knowledge of materials handling processes and warehouse operations - Familiarity with logistics software systems, such as warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) - Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills If you are a motivated individual with a passion for logistics and supply chain management, we would love to hear from you.
