Louis.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Duties:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assisting customers with product information and ordering - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to commute to the St.
Louis area on a daily basis Must be authorized to work in the United States
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred - 1

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
