The DCS establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total company mission and values. 3-5yrs recent hospice experience required. 1-2yrs hospice management experience preferred Planning, budgets:
Census / staffing ratio, KPI Strong QA/PI, Compliance Adaptable, Solutions Oriented Strong work ethic Partners with people, team builder, mentor/coach, good trainer Graduate of an accredited associate or bachelor's degree in nursing State licensed RN Previous experience in hospice/home care setting and with two (2) years management or supervisory experience. Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
