Job Description:
o Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
o Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.
o Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.
o Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.
o Develops, maintains and identifies improvements for the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.
o Resolves cross-functional technical issues.

o Systems engineering experienceo Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistryPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required).

Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)o Experience in FAA certification or airworthinesso Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to meet aggressive scheduleso Experience leading or managing projects and/or teamso Experience leading a large project or program which required the use of project management tools & processeso Technical Experience in Flight & Ground Loads, Noise & Vibration, Flutter, Strength, Fatigue, Propulsion, Aerodynamics/Performance, Flying Qualities, Stability & Control, and/or Structural Dynamicso Experience in Financial analysis, Integrated scheduling, Business development, Program management, and/or Supplier managementomilitary certification experience especially software PDS Defense, Inc.
