We are seeking an experienced Restoration and Refurbishment Specialist with exceptional skills, a keen sense for detail, who is enthusiastic and willing to work on all types of antique, classic, and special interest collector automobiles.
We have a talented team and fabulous facilities to meet and exceed the needs of our clients.
Qualifications:
Previous automotive restoration and refurbishment experience Proficiency in leather treatment, dyeing, and upholstery work is preferred.
Have a solid knowledge of automotive paint finishes, associated cleaning and high-speed buffing procedures.
Collaborative team-player with excellent people skills.
Strong results-orientation to deliver exceptional on-time results to our customers.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Perform wet sanding, compound buffing, and touch up painting.
Provide support with incoming vehicles and cleanliness of shop.
Able to work overtime as required to meet the needs of our customers.
Travel to car events as requested.
Perform other duties as directed by your leader.
Clean and restore interior of vehicles as assigned by management.
Clean tires and wheels as requested.
Conduct minor touch up painting as required.
Document all steps in cleaning process to capture time spent on each vehicle.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret classic car literature, professional journals, and government regulations.
Education, Experience & Training:
Knowledge of collector cars is a plus.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Physical Demands:
May occasionally stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Regularly sit, use hands, handle, feel, and reach.
Occasionally lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 lbs.

Travel:
Up to fifteen percent (15%) travel may be required.
