We have ambitious plans to broaden our reach and need dedicated team members to make it happen! Role of an Enrollment Representative:
Receive hands-on training from experienced Customer Enrollment Specialists to master the role and understand program benefits.
Engage directly with the public, demonstrating respect and friendliness.
Thoroughly guide each customer through the enrollment process, educating them about program benefits and pricing.
Adhere to all CDC and client safety guidelines during customer interactions.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality, building customer trust and comfort in our program.
Work collaboratively with the team to enhance customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve customer concerns effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications for the Role:
High School diploma or GED required.
A degree in Business, Communications, or related fields is advantageous.
0-3
years in customer service, community engagement, or similar roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
Willingness to learn and be trained in the role of Customer Enrollment Specialist.
Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
