Maintains IT work areas.
Upgrades hardware and software components.
Maintains IT hardware asset and software tracking.
Remains abreast of changes in user and system software and hardware requirements.
Provides first level end-user support.
Maintains IT helpdesk ticketing system.

Two-year degree/certificate from a college or technical school; and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in helpdesk, answering calls, and assisting users with tier one issues Excellent communication skills and high level of professionalism Strong troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software A
