Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner -PRN- Hospital Medicine (Job )

SLUCare Physician Group, a member of SSM Health is seeking applicants for PRN Hospitalist Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants.
The position is at Saint Louis University Hospital.
Duties include:
Communicating with patients' primary care physicians to obtain relevant medical history information and to coordinate care with other providers Providing clinical support to patients in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Performing diagnostic tests such as blood work or urinalysis to monitor patient health and detect disease progression Performing physical examinations and conducting medical procedures, such as administering injections or drawing blood Educating patients about their diagnosis, treatment plan, and any lifestyle changes they need to make to improve their health Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive appropriate care in a timely manner Performing diagnostic tests such as x-rays, MRI scans, ultrasound scans, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
