As the Office and Personal Assistant, you will be working within a Customer Service and Logistics environment, working at the epicenter of K2J.
This position reports directly to the managing partners and will provide day-to-day support in all aspects of the business.
This position will be responsible for a variety of administrative office related tasks along with the support for our Customer Service, Sales and Marketing departments.
This position is available due to our expanding sales and is an amazing opportunity for a confident self starter to prove themselves and be well rewarded for their hard work.
Health and dental insurance is 90% paid for yourself, family or spouse coverage is at available at your cost.
There is paid time off for this position available after your first 90 days of employment.
Quarterly Bonuses will be offered based on job performance.

Responsibilities:
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings.
Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Assist in the shipping and receiving of orders and samples.
Assist in data management projects.
Cross training in Customer Service and Finance departments to provide backup coverage.
Take notes during key meetings.
Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.
Education &
Experience:
Preference will be given to any Logistics background.
Experience as an Office Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role Excellent MS Office knowledge Excel knowledge Outstanding organizational and time management skills Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
