Knows Client-Server communication aspects - sockets, TLS protocolUnderstands the concept of region and AZs.
Deployments MTF/Prod, Maintenance items (including stop/start, Disaster Recovery-related activities), CR for changes in MTF/ProdGood knowledge on NginxTools -Log Monitoring Tool - SplunkApplication Monitoring tool - DynatraceTicketing incident/problem management tool - RemedyDev-ops Basics - CI-CD Basics, Overview of Git, Bit-bucket, SonarQube, Ansible/ChefSkills -Linux & Shell ScriptingITIL / ITSMPL/SQLTroubleshootingJenkins - CI/CDGroovy Scripting/YamlAnsible/ChefNginxJavaEvent Driven ArchitecturesMQ or NATS broker or similar messaging solutions.
