Our Sales & Incentives Compensation Analyst's play an essential role in reviewing & reporting data to identify key insights into business's customers and ways the data can be used to solve problems and help accelerate company growth.
BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Sales and Incentives Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for successful development and delivery of analysis supporting commissions and incentives for Compensation, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership.
You'll partner with the Sales Compensation Administration, Systems and Operations teams to ensure all data used for earnings calculations in the commission tool are implemented accurately and translate those specifications and results into analysis on performance.

WHAT OUR SALES AND INCENTIVES COMPENSATION ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST Supporting stakeholders through trending of key metrics to analyze commission expense variances, incentive program spend, and dispute attributes Creating and distributing financial reports to sales leaders, finance, and HR related to commissions and incentives for internal employees or vendors Managing commission accrual generation and submission process Assessing and validating system defects and enhancements Analyzing commission operations data to provide insight and recommending solutions to decision-makers Creating data visualizations to aid in the understanding and delivery of business/sales team trends and successes You'll be recognized as a subject matter expert within the Compensation department for developing and delivering analysis supporting commissions and incentives for Compensation, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership; seldom are two days the same.
You'll deal with compensation data and reporting so you must be resourceful, eager to learn and able to adapt to an ever-evolving work environment and industry.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required Qualifications
Experience:
Data analysis experience 3-5 Expense or financial analysis experience 1-3 years.
Sales Performance Management application experience 1-3 years Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience Technical skills:
Proficient in Tableau, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and SharePoint Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical skills Abilities:
Can read, write, speak and understand English.
Can gather, organize, and analyze large amounts of information with attention to detail.
Can summarize and visualize data for executive level reports.
Can interpret and effectively communicate results and present to various members of management.
Can prioritize and organize effectively.
Can work independently and in a team environment Travel ability:
