- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory.
Experience - Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment, including logic controllers, schematics, and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the task at hand.
- Experience supervising or leading a team is a plus.
- Basic welding skills are desirable.
This position requires a high level of customer service and the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
