Louis, we are seeking for a full-time Maintenance Technician for our supported living homes.
The successful candidate will assure our homes are maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and prioritized manner Develop preventative maintenance schedules for each home Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks as verified by check sheet Arrange for outside contractors with Director approval Complete basic plumbing, HVAC, drywall repair, painting, electrical and carpentry repairs Sign off on all completed maintenance work orders, providing time and material costs by cost center Schedule services with each home ahead of time Maintain professional relationships in the homes with staff and individuals; and provide service without interrupting their routine Maintain professional relationships in the homes with staff and individuals; and provide service without interrupting their routine General
Qualifications:
