Job Description:
What You'll Do As a Senior ERP Analyst, you will analyze, design, and support the business processes and workflows that are enabled by the ERP system.
You will work with ERP stakeholders to identify the current and future needs and challenges of the organization, and then translate them into system requirements and solutions.

Analyze, design, and support the business processes and workflows that are enabled by the ERP system.
Design and propose efficient and standardized business processes that leverage the capabilities of the ERP system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the ERP system with existing business applications and databases.
Analyze data to ensure the ERP system captures accurate and relevant information that enables business insights.
Proactively monitor system performance, security, and integrity.
Collaborate with ERP vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
Drive Innovation by establishing and maintain an ERP Technology Roadmap for upgrades, training, integrations, and emerging technology.
What You'll Bring 5- 7 Years of experience with ERP systems.

years experience querying SQL Databases 3
years experience working with Report Applications such as (PowerBI, Tableau, SQL Reporting Services (SSRS), or Crystal Reports).
Passion to optimize the business through process automation and data.
Experience with the various ERP functional modules such as Projects, Time & Attendance, Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Distribution, or Manufacturing.
Experience in the engineering, procurement, or consulting industry is advantageous.
Passion for continuous improvement, and a proactive nature in identifying and presenting potential solutions.
Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of business processes and ERP system features.
Customer-focused approach, adept in engaging with all levels of staff and skill sets, capable of translating non-technical requests and communicating solutions appropriately.
Proven project management skills with a successful track record of ERP implementations.
Self-motivated, with ability organize and execute work independently.
Flexibility to contribute to tasks and assist in solving problems outside defined role.
