Louis Jewish Federation has an excellent opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to help us maintain a well-functioning office building and Museum.

, with on call responsibilities on nights and weekends at our Millstone Campus in Creve Coeur.
We offer a starting pay range for this role between $24 and $28/hourly.

A day in the life of the Facilities Coordinator includes:
Monitoring and adjusting temperature controls as needed via an online digital system Inspecting and repairing minor electrical, plumbing, and lighting issues, including procurement of parts.
Continuous weekly/monthly/annual inspections of building and grounds Work with vendors scheduled for preventative maintenance for the building and grounds Monitoring activities such as proper waste disposal and recycling, lawncare, irrigation, and parking lot repairs as needed Ensuring equipment is running smoothly Maintaining records of invoices from external partners; comparing costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors Ensuring safety standards are followed and encouraging building-wide safety Managing equipment including furniture and kitchen appliances, etc Responding to urgent maintenance calls after hours as needed Managing and organizing storage areas and stored items Documenting processes and maintaining maintenance records Other duties as assigned Requirements for our Facilities Coordinator:
A minimum of 2
years of experience in facility coordination and project management In-depth knowledge of HVAC digital systems and building blueprints Experience in building and equipment maintenance Experience in maintenance planning and schedules Knowledge of building safety regulations and security protocols Experience in a Facilities Management (FM) software, like MaintainX, is preferred A degree in project management, facilities management, or a similar field is preferred Good physical condition with ability to lift 75 lbs.
and possessing good fine motor coordination and ability to withstand exposure to dust, fumes, heights, and confined spaces Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products Ability to respond to building and equipment emergencies during work and non-work hours Valid Drivers' license and clear driving record is requiredefits.
