Qualifications:
Previous Retail Selling Experience is a PLUS! Many different personalities, experiences, and college majors will fit the home specialist position Ability to communicate effectively is a must Willingness to learn a proven selling system and a high level of customer service required Knowledge of general principles of home decor and design, including furniture, accents, color schemes, etc.
necessary Computer literacy required Ability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends required The Sales Pitch:
Paid Sales training for new Sales associates.
Commission based with Guaranteed hourly rate for all Sales Associates.
NO Sales Draw to be paid back to the company.
Make up to 10% commission.
