Technical Business Analyst

This job is ONSITE in St.
Louis, MOTechnical Business Analysts (BA) will work within a highly agile delivery framework to deliver innovative products in a secure fashion.
As part of a full stack software engineering team, under limited supervision, analyze business and functional requirements, non-functional technical requirements, data requirements and processes related to the creation of risk-scoring products and services.
Elicit requirements across the full stack of work, lead backlog grooming and refinement sessions, support engineers through development and support operational data and reporting needs.
We are seeking candidates with passion and expertise in software engineering with the ability to collaborate with enterprise teams specializing in data and actuarial science.
Principal Duties:
1.
Develops, validates, documents, and maintains business and functional requirements through agile processes and conducts structured walkthroughs of requirements with business and project team members.

Work with engineering team to support requirements gathering.
a.
Creation of user stories b.
Manage work intake across all sources of work, including functional, nonfunctional, technical lifecycle management, compliance, etc c.
Partner with Product Owner to ensure the backlog is groomed, and stories are queued up for multiple sprints d.
Directly support engineers with understanding scope and validating output e.
Analyzes 3 rd party data, derived data, client data, etc in support of validation, build and delivery of data-driven products f.
Facilitates the identification of data attributes and their business definition to support product operational BI needs3.
Analyze data, source system data, etc in support of validating inputs and outputs of products, including completeness, accuracy, timeliness, consistency, granularity and uniqueness.

Supports development of consolidated technical architectures, database models, and technical documents.
Addresses technical concerns from partners and describes business information flows between people and business processes.
5.
Evaluates business requests to determine feasibility; researches and identifies options, including benefits and challenges of each in collaboration with product ownership and technical lead.

Supports the development of Test Scenarios and plans, facilitating acceptance testing to ensure client/user needs are met.

Executes functional QA testing of stories, ensuring acceptance criteria defined being met.
8.
Serves as a liaison between the technical product team, business area leaders, data scientists, actuaries and team leaders.
9.
Writes and maintains internal and client facing product documentation and training for product delivery, support.
10.
Evaluates and tracks new or enhanced solutions to determine potential issues and communicates how problems may affect business and recommends solutions.
11.
Participates in change management activities, QA testing, troubleshooting, and investigation.
12.
Performs task automation and implements process improvements; recommends enhancements that result in increased quality and service.

Maintains regular and predictable attendance14.

o Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePreferred:
o MBA and/or Master's degree Experience and Skills Required:
o 5-7 years IT-related experience, such as Business Analysis, in an Agile Software Engineering teamo Advanced oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge to a variety of audiences.
o Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
