Louis and the surrounding region.

Landscape Architect - The ideal Candidate Passion sparked from working in the industry before formal education Hands on experience Evident passion for creativity in landscape 3 - 5 years of licensed experience with high end residential landscape architecture Experience working with Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, Architects, and other trades when planning developments Experience designing or overseeing design team for Residential and Commercial sites Desire to be involved with the installation of their designed projects and the long-term relationship with the client Enjoys process improvement to streamline workflows, quality and project delivery timelines.
Previous experience building and/or improving design details and streamlined design systems Potential to develop a landscape architecture division/brand within the broader Frisella Brand Interest in personal development and team development High level of detail and organization 3D rendering experience Great brand representative Duties Nurture new leads and opportunities while maintaining relationship with existing clients and strategic partners Executes design related tasks; measure, base map, render, ordinance research technical deliverables and administrative assignments.
Participates in project meetings and public presentations.
Preparations of site design and construction documents.
Meets prospective clients at their homes to discuss landscaping plans and verbally sharing initial concepts during the walk through.
Coordinates with other team members and suppliers to determine project details and scope.
Evaluate and comprehend site conditions including grading and drainage, soils, horticulture, buildings and roads.
Observes the installation process.
Follow up with customers during the planning process, installation process and after the job is complete to ensure complete satisfaction.
Provide logistical support to landscape designers and estimators on designs as needed Lead scope meetings with clients to construct needs analysis and project definitions Creatively solve clients pain points/meet their objectives Work with the team to create and improve work flows and construction details to streamline the design process and better articulate job parameters to our install teams.
Coaching upcoming Landscape Architects to improve knowledge and skills Qualifications Master's degree in Landscape Architecture Landscape Architect license in Missouri or ability to have reciprocity Current Landscape Architect License 3-5 years of licensed Landscape Architecture experience Working knowledge of landscape plans and construction documents Experience with digital rendering software (Vectorworks and 3d rendering preferred) Experience navigating local ordinances a must Job Type:
