Position will be responsible for taking inbound patient calls throughout the day.
Strictly a desk position.
Heavy inbound call volume.
The candidate should be well versed in the use of and understanding of medical terminology.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Word most helpful.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records systems and software are key to this position.
This is a highly detailed oriented position and will work on a small team of other Medical Assistants Key

Qualifications:
Medical Receptionist I Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
At least one year of experience.
Medical Receptionist II Education:
Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of two years medical receptionist experience.
Medical Receptionist III Education:
Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
2-3 years previous years' experience as a Medical Receptionist II.
