Role Description:
This is a senior level position focused on software development, leading a team of developers to achieve business and I.

goals.
The role requires advanced knowledge of software development principles, coding, and mentorship skills.
The individual will work with minimal supervision, handling project management and complex system integration tasks.
This role entails designing, developing, coding, testing, and debugging major new software or significant enhancements to existing ones across multiple platforms.
The position involves guiding and mentoring junior team members, independently managing complex projects, and participating in estimating and planning future development work.

The role includes leading technical planning, requirement gathering phases, and delivery, providing technical support or leadership for the continual improvement of services, and interfacing with functional areas for managing project scope, expectations, deliverables, and budget.
The individual will be responsible for achieving timely milestones and project completion, leading on a daily basis to contribute to the department's success, developing and implementing procedures for data security and management, creating and maintaining code documentation, and conducting system presentations and overviews.
Furthermore, the individual will evaluate feature/upgrade/change requests, research new technologies for system enhancement, act as the subject matter expert (SME) in appropriate technologies and business domain, troubleshoot complex issues, design databases and data structures, and provide recommendations on system enhancement to meet full business requirements.

Qualifications:
Education:
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of 6 years of working experience in I.
S.
or related field, or possessing five or more approved certifications within the job area.
Preferred Certifications include MCSD and MCSA.

Experience in designing and implementing.
