Responsibilities may include:
Provide daily support of ITSM tools; including scripting, configuration, integrations and administration.
Gather business requirements for each module of the system from functional teams Develop system testing procedures Build or update documentation to ensure standard procedures and knowledge transfer Troubleshoot issues Development of workflow, Java Script routines and other configuration and customization of the system per business requirements Maintain communication with management and customers II-Offshorearding status of the systemBasic/Required:
