Overview:
Manager-Computer/Data Center Operations (Exempt) Primary Function Operates, schedules, monitors, tests, services and maintains equipment and documentation in Data Center and other IT computing/systems environments Provides Tier 1 support and escalation for infrastructure related services Typical activities include:
- Monitoring and supporting systems and data flow as well as responding to events and incidents - Monitoring, triaging, troubleshooting, escalating, or resolving events/incidents - Running, using and analyzing output of software for monitoring, performance, change control, scheduling, tool utilization, network, file management and security - Managing and maintaining hardware to approved configurations and performance levels - Executing disaster recovery plans exactly as specified (Not currently, but could be future)
Qualifications:
Experience:
Five (5) years of relevant technical or business work experience Required Education:
Bachelors degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
Other:
Experience overseeing project teams and/or work processes.
Experience with Microsoft Azure preffered.
