Required - Must obtain within 90 days of hire and maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)- Must obtain within 7 days of hire and maintain BLS/CPR certification- Must hold and maintain certification in MANDT- Must obtain NPI number for Behavior Technician- Must obtain and maintain Tricare certification- Must obtain and maintain Mercy credentialRequired Experience/- Knowledge of child development- At least 1 year of experience working with children with a diagnosis of autism- Experience working with children who may demonstrate aggressive behaviorsWe Offer Great Day-one comprehensive health, vision and dental coverage, PTO, tuition reimbursement and employer-matched retirement funds are just a few of the great benefits offered to eligible co-workers, including those working 32 hours or more per pay period!Were bringing to life a healing ministry through compassionate care.
