9K a year 12 days ago 12 days ago 12 days ago The HR Talent Coordinator serves as a liaison working simultaneously with HR recruiting and our recruiting and onboarding systems.
This associate performs full lifecycle recruiting to drive quality hires for roles at our headquarters while assuring a positive candidate and associate experience through performing regular maintenance and consistent upkeep to the recruiting and onboarding systems.
Responsibilities:
Work with HR Manager to create and implement recruiting strategies to source, screen, and secure candidates Conduct system onboarding for all Bearquarter hires Perform E-Verify procedures Serve as a liaison regarding recruiting & onboarding systems Lead full cycle recruiting for Bearquarter openings Generate and extend offers, discuss benefits and details of positions to candidates Source candidates through LinkedIn and other social media platforms Work with local colleges/universities and various organizations to bring in top talent Conduct phone screens to gather and assess candidate experience and knowledgebase Complete compliance audits (Social Security Administration, Form I-9, etc.
) Scheduling and gathering necessary documentation for Exit Interviews Assure all terminations are completed in the system for the Bearquarters Perform regular maintenance and consistent upkeep of Recruiting & Onboarding systems Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
An Associate degree in Human Resources or related field required, Bachelor's degree preferred 0-1 years of prior HR or recruiting-related experience required, 1 year preferred Human Capital Management system experience required, UKG system preferred Exemplary critical thinking Outstanding attention to detail Advanced technical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and ability to navigate within various technology systems Excellent written, verbal and nonverbal communication skills Strong planning and organization ability Flexible and adaptable to change Customer focused with the capacity to commit to tasks Build-A-Bear Workshop offers an exciting, fun and fast-paced work environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
